North East Area PCTI Project
"A Pennsylvania Community Transportation Initiative"
This project is hopefully step one of a multi-stage, multi-year series of projects that will identify transportation enhancements
that the entire communities of North East Borough and Township need and want to make our region more liveable for residents and easier for
visitors to get here. This initial grant funds a study for our community which includes inputs from all the residents, businesses and the
various groups. The selected consultant will then develop a variety of implementation plans that the North East community can apply
for follow-on grants and funding to accomplish.
